Brockwend

Brockwend is one of the larger, even if typical, farming villages of Tayel's Swift Valley. The village lies on the southmost end of the first bend of the Swift River as it comes down out of the Briarwind Hills.

The most notable feature of Brockwend is its location near the pass between the Briarwinds and the foothills of the Spine, and the Sandwood which lies beyond it. Once a crossroads town before the Sandwood formed, an old road still leads to the southwest and into the edge of the Sandwood.
