Dayfall Mountains

The Dayfall Mountains are a range of cliffs and peaks that rise abruptly from their foothills at the head of the Swift Valley. The range runs roughly north-south. The mountains' northern peaks blend into the south-western chain of the Wraithspur Mountains. The foothills of the Dayfalls extend many miles from the mountains' roots, becoming the Briarwind Hills where they flatten into high moors and heath. South of the range is the wastes of the Sandwood.

Passing through the wall of the Dayfalls is Hadur's Canyon. The Swift courses through the Canyon. An old road carved out of the wall of the Canyon itself, the Ghost Road, once connected the Swift Valley to the lands beyond the Dayfall Mountains.
