Queen Tayel Roseheart

Queen Tayel Roseheart, the Warrior Queen, forged the queendom that bears her name by taking the land by force during the latter years of the Witch Wars. Under her protection, Tayel became a safe haven that successfully repelled invasion by witch-led forces, earning her the respect and devotion of the people. The century of peace and prosperity that followed under her reign cemented her place in the hearts of her people and their descendants.

Despite the Queen's age, she retains the outward appearance of a woman in her middle years. Her subjects generally accept this as the way of things, though they are not immune to idle speculation over their cups. The Queen is a Solwit like many Tayelans, and though her features are not purely Solwithe, she has no Kelon in her blood.
