Thoughtsilk is a material that exists only as a rumour, albeit a persistent rumour. It is believed that it was a rare material used and possibly created by the Asnoth Circle during the Witch Wars. The wearer of an article of thoughtsilk is said to be able to change its appearance to suit their desires. An entire cloak of thoughtsilk could make the wearer invisible, the material disguising itself to match the surroundings, or cause them to appear to be someone else entirely.
